Brad L. Feldman, MPA, CAE, IOM, possesses more than 17 years of association, non-profit, meeting planning, and government experience. He is a member of both the Ohio Society of Association Executives and the American Society of Association Executives. In addition, he holds a master’s degree in public administration from the Ohio State University, with a concentration in strategic and human resource management. He graduated from the four-year association management program conducted by the Institute for Organizational Management. Brad is also a Certified Association Executive (CAE), the highest professional credential in the association industry, earned by less than five percent of all association professionals.

Debra L. Seiple serves as the membership director of NCCET.  As an executive level membership and customer service professional, her roles and responsibilities include database management, registration, and overall membership administration.  She is experienced in the areas of membership recruitment, sales administration, sales management and customer service relations. With prior experience as a membership manager of an internationally known membership-based engineering consortium, she had responsibility for the growth and retention of 400 member companies with 1,800 subsidiaries worldwide. She is an active volunteer in the community and has held numerous positions of responsibility such as hospitality chair for the Memorial Tournament and president of the Dublin Coffman High School wrestling boosters.

Christie Engler, MHRM, PHR is the meeting planner for NCCET.  Christie graduated from the Ohio State University in 2002 with a bachelor of arts degree in political science.  While at Ohio State, Christie held various leadership and event planning roles, including homecoming student co-chair, director of the elections governance board, and president of the Alpha Xi chapter of Alpha Delta Pi sorority.  After graduation, Christie began work in association management and human resources.  She earned her master's of human resource management (MHRM) in 2005 and her professional in human resources (PHR) certification in 2006.  Christie is a member of the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).  She is currently president of the MOMS Club © of Powell, Upper Northwest chapter.
