The NCCET EPA Nomination Form is now activated on our website at nccet.org.   Once again, you will be asked to choose one of three categories that fits the nominated program.   You must log onto the site to complete your registration  There is no cost associated with creating an account on this site.  Choose only one of the three categories provided.   The questions differ depending upon your responses.  We have provided a brief explanation of the questions asked by the nomination form.    

Marketing and Revenue Growth Strategies

General Description: High level overview of this strategy and the key area(s) that resulted in revenue growth, such as new enrollments, enrollment retention, revenue from non-traditional sources, etc. 

Revenue Generated:   Identify how much and over what period can new and incremental revenue be specifically identified as the result of this program.

Resources Required: What was required to implement this program?  

Sustainability: What was required to keep this program going?  

Ease of Replication:  What will be involved and deemed essential for another school to implement this strategy?  

Time to Implement:  How much time did it take the nominated school to achieve the identified results.  

Primary Stakeholders:  Key departments from within the school, product suppliers, test subjects, etc. 

Verification:  What steps were taken to validate the stated accomplishments?  

Staff Development Program Nominations

General Description:  High level overview of this programs and the key components of the curriculum.

 

New Skills Provided:  Include a brief explanation of the need for these new schools given the communities served and changes to the continuing education programs that need to be delivered.    

 

Identify Specific Underserved Population Beneficiaries if Applicable: This staff development program might not include preparations to work with new and underserved student populations… but if it does, please use this segment to elaborate.  

 

What Current Cultural Challenges Does This Program Address:  If this is the result of pandemic, many experts believe our communities may never be the same. Explain the challenges if applicable pandemic related or not.   

 

Resources and/or Tools Required:

 

Time to Implement: How much time did it take the nominated school to achieve the identified results. 

 

Primary Stakeholders: Key departments from within the school, product suppliers, test subjects, etc.

 

Verification: What steps were taken to validate the stated accomplishments?  

 

New Curriculum Program Nominations

When was the program first introduced?

 

Brief Curriculum Description:  Why does this program deserve an Exemplary Program Award… above and beyond NCCET certification?

 

Educational Value:  Student Learning Outcomes from this program

 

Course Syllabus:  High level key components that can be identified to help understand the nature of the program.

 

Evidence of Materials Quality: The materials should be current and high quality.

 

Marketability:  Why is this something that is considered desirable by colleges, employers or individuals? 

 

Accessibility for Visually or Hearing-Impaired Students:

 

Validation of Learning:   How are students sufficiently tested and reported for consistent proof of curriculum goal accomplishment?

 

Three Strong References:  The programs should have been in existence long enough to provide at least three verifiable references from colleges or companies.  

 

Verification: What steps were taken to validate the stated accomplishments?
