2022 Conference Registration - Members

Welcome to our registration page for the next NCCET Annual Conference event that will take place in Austin, Texas at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center.   The event will be held from Wednesday, February 2 until Friday, February 4, 2022.

We are working to make it as easy as possible for you to join us in Austin for a very special event.   Here is where you will be able to pay for your attendance and the attendance of others from your school or your guests.  Here is where you will find access to room reservations and breakout sessions as they become available.

You are part of our NCCET family and we are committed to treating you as such. Thank you!

Registration and Payment Notes:

  1. To register and pay for more than one attendee, please change the quantity in your shopping cart to reflect the number of attendees. Your pricing will be adjusted accordingly. We will send instructions separately to enroll the additional attendees.
  2. We use PayPal for electronic payments. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and EnRoute.

First person from each school - $595; Each subsequent attendee - $545

This is the first year that we have established Associate Memberships across the country as we establish our Regional Organizations.  Associate members do not pay an annual membership fee, but they are included in most email broadcasts and notifications so that they can begin to understand the benefits of NCCET membership.  Associate members are typically invited to Regional Forum events as they occur, but this does not pertain to the annual conference event.  Associate Members who wish to join us in Austin are encouraged to become Institutional Members, by first paying the $500 annual membership fee. This will authorize as many people as you wish to participate fully in NCCET events.

Anyone selected to speak at a breakout session or joining one of our exhibitors, above and beyond what is already covered by their Sponsorship Level, is qualified for the Speaker’s Fee.   The Speaker’s Fee is not affected by the end of the Early Bird Registration period and continues on until the conference.

ONSITE GUEST ROOMS - $179.00 + 17% tax

The AT&T Conference Center agrees to hold the NCCET Room Block until 01/02/2022, but this only pertains to onsite rooms within the conference center.  Should we exceed the availability of onsite rooms available, we will assist you in locating rooms in nearby hotels, but we cannot make any assurances of a comparable rate.  DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM ACCOMODATIONS.

Use this link to make and manage your reservations through the AT&T  website portal.

Participants in the NCCET Exhibition and Trade Show should also make their room accomodations here, separate from Ttade Show Registration on the Corporate Sponsor's page.

We anticipate scheduling at least one after hours event during the conference.  Any such event will require pre-registration to properly account for attendee volumes.  This is where you come to register for such an event once that event has been announced.

The Call for Proposals for both plenary and breakout sessions is now open on this website.  For security purposes we ask that you log in or register in order to submit your proposal.  We are as eager to hear from potential speakers from Associate Members as we are from our Institutional Member schools.  We will be closely evaluating these sessions for their value and their impact in their respective categories.

Speakers chosen to present at the conference that are not from Institutional Member schools will NOT be required to join as members in order to present.  They WILL be required to pay conference registration and room fees.

Once again, we are planning to deliver specific tracks which you can follow according to your interests.   Those tracks are, Staff Development ProgramsRevenue Growth StrategiesNew Non-Credit Curriculums, and Business Engagement. The sessions may be presentations or panel discussions.   Additional detail will be forthcoming in the weeks and months ahead.

In addition, we have actively been building our regional organizations to bring the benefits of NCCET membership that much closer to you.   Proposals for sessions that are NOT selected for the Annual Conference may be made available for presentation during the soon to be introduced Regional Forums which will take place within your state throughout the year.

We are also eager to introduce an NCCET Trade Show that is actively engaged at the very heart of the conference.   Companies wishing to participate as exhibitors in the NCCET Trade Show are to register on the Sponsor's page.

What is the significance of the courtyard photo above?

That is where our reception will be held on Wednesday evening at 6:00PM.  It is really a great space and should be a wonderful place for our members reunion.

What is the deadline for the Call for Proposals submissions?

Our plan is to accept submissions until the end of November... HOWEVER, we also want to use these sessions in marketing this event to the countless new members in our new regions.  So while technically, you have until the end of November, please stay tuned to NCCET broadcasts.  There will be a total of 16 high quality, high value breakout sessions and 3 "keynote" plenary sessions.   We will reserve the right to move the deadline, depending upon the program as it evolves.

Is there a Pre-Conference Session on Wednesday afternoon on Feb 2nd?

Yes!   It is still under development and has not yet been announced.  It will likely be by invitation only.   Stay tuned for more information.

Will there be an opportunity to meet with other members from our regions?

Yes!  On Thursday afternoon, immediately after the breakout sessions and the Trade Show, we are scheduling specific Meet and Greet sessions for each region.   There will be announcements and signage to let you know where and when your region will be meeting.

Are there any special exhibitor requirements?

To ensure that electrical needs are safely met, we require at least three (3) weeks advance notification of each Exhibitor’s electrical specifications. There are a limited number of electrical circuits available. If an electrician is required to install additional circuits, additional charges will apply. Rush charges will apply and be passed on to the exhitor, if we have not received at least three (3) weeks advance notification. Requests for extension cords and/or power strips will be charged accordingly. Special electrical requirements, such as 30 amp circuits, 220-volt outlets, etc., will require planning of at least three (3) weeks advance notice. The assignment of an electrician will be charged accordingly. We will also require three (3) weeks advance notification of other special technical needs such as phone lines, data lines, etc.
